A pound of crisp wings tossed w/ Buffalo (hot or medium), Thai chili or Bbq sauces.

Cajun dusted, seared, set on twin flour tortillas w/ shredded lettuce, slaw, diced tomatoes & pickled red onions. Lemon aioli drizzle & sweet fries.

Utica Greens.

Braised escarole sauteed w/ prosciutto, hot cherry peppers, garlic & broth. Bread crumbs & Parmesan cheese.

Pulled Pork Pita.

In house roasted pork butt, simmered in Carolina bbq sauce, pickle relish caramelized onions & hot cherry peppers. Coleslaw & fries.

Brisket Reuben.

In house roasted, sliced , grilled, then set on rye bread w/ a slather of 1000 Island, Swiss cheese & warm kraut.  Mac salad.

Fresh Fish Fry Friday & Sometimes on Saturday.

Lightly seasoned & breaded filet. Deep fried, accompanied w/ fries, coleslaw, lemon & tartar sauce.

Goggle Sirloin.

10oz close trim top butt N.Y. style cut, flame-broiled, accented w/ a mixed mushroom demi. Fingerling potatoes & vegetable.

Pork Rolls.

Slow roasted pork, mixed w/ ricotta mashed potatoes. Rolled in lasagna sheets, laced w/ a grain mustard Guinness demi. Candied carrots.

Shrimp Mac & Cheese.

Sauteed shrimp & andouille sausage. All tossed w/  elbow macaroni laced in a creamy cheese sauce.

Oven Roasted Pork Butt Bolognese

Braised in cherry pepper juice, then slow roasted till fork tender. Pulled in chunks tossed w/ a vegetable bolognese demi and rigatoni pasta.

Chicken & Eggplant Parmesan Combo.

Side of pasta & light tomato sauce.

Penne & Italian Sausage.

Seared, sliced then sauteed w/ fresh mushrooms, roasted red peppers & peas. Finished w. a Gorgonzola cream sauce.

Chicken Riggies.

Sauteed boneless chicken, prosciutto, sweet & hot cherry peppers. Tossed w/ rigatoni pasta laced in a plum tomato, basil blush sauce.

Maine cold water lobster pasta pillows accented w/ a saffron cream sauce.
